How do I level up?
The only way to level up is by completing the main storyline quests. This will be the first quest in your quest log and will give XP as rewards. You can find a list of these quests here, although this list only goes up to where I am up to in my own game.

How do I get diamonds?
- Buy them from the store. The easiest option, of course, but it costs real money.
- Do quests. Most quests will have diamonds as a reward somewhere in them.
- Link your real-life friends to your characters. I think this gets you 5 diamonds per linked friend for the first five friends.
- Watch ads. Sometimes an icon will appear on the left-hand side of your screen and if you click it, it will play an ad. If you watch an ad you will receive 2 diamonds.
- Buy anything from the store. Although it costs real money, there are bonuses that go beyond just what you bought. Once you have bought anything from the store, instead of getting an icon on the left that will show you an ad, you will simply be able to collect 2 diamonds completely free. If you have a few spare dollars, it can be worth the purchase for the free diamonds later.
- Don't rush things. This doesn't help you get more diamonds, but it saves the ones you have. It can be tempting to rush things, especially if there's only a short amount of time left, but if you want to save your diamonds, resist.
How do I get a [character type]?
There are two ways to get characters:
There are two ways to get characters:
- Buy them. For most characters, this costs diamonds, so personally I think it's better to go for the second option.
- Party. It can be difficult and time consuming, but you really can get any character from partying. Each character has a common gender and a rare gender. By partying, you will get the common gender first and then you'll get the rare gender, although getting the rare gender (and sometimes even the common gender) can take a lot of parties, especially as there is more than one type of character for some combinations. To know which characters to party, check the base cliques of the character you wish to obtain, which you can do by checking the banners under each character in the store. Throw parties with classmates who share the same base cliques. For example, to get an Action Hero (director/movie star/fashionista), the combinations you can use include Agent+Fashionista, Reality TV+Fashionista, Wardrobe+Movie Star, Make-Up+Movie Star, Model+Director, Celebutante+Director, Action Hero+Action Hero, and even more.
Can you incorporate the in-quest choices into your transcripts?
Unfortunately I haven't worked out the ideal way to do this yet. I'm looking into it, but I don't know how soon I'll be able to implement it.
